Solo Piano Arrangement: Voyager - V6
![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
I started this roughly two weeks ago because I got completely and utterly obsessed with Voyager. And then I went and listened to other V6 songs and watched some of their shows and got the Voyager album and whatnot and it took a while for me to sit down and finally finish it
That sounded much more impressive than it really is...
It might sound awkward since there are a lot of synthesized sounds and more extra parts in Voyager than I could replicate in a somewhat easy-to-play manner (since I did most of it actually at the piano rather than my usual mess-around-on-Finale method), but it's not too bad. ^^"

The sustain pedal is your friend. :D
The .rar file contains a PDF of the sheet music and an MP3 of Finale playing the music back to me. I'm lazy so I don't have any dynamics marked in, but I trust you all know how the song goes. :D There might also be discrepancies between the recording and the PDF because I made changes after recording it and got too lazy to do it again, so sorry for that.
Comments are nice but not necessary, though I would appreciate any feedback people have after playing the piece to sort out kinks and stuff. Other than that, I'm just looking to jump into this fandom a little more (though with school approaching it's probably not the best idea). So yeah. Maybe I'll do another song soon, though I don't think I'll be able to get another one out...

I heard it and i think they are good. You must have a sharp ears and a talent ^_^.
But they are not really following voyager right? I mean when i hear the begiining, they do make think of voyager but towards the end, it doesn't. BUT Its good. To be able to make an arrangement and first time i saw a piano score (see one before but never from an person that i indirectly know - LOL through LJ), you do it from scratch right?

Thank you for sharing! I hope you do get more into V6 fandom and have the chance to do some more eventually, I love those boys' songs (though most don't necessarily lend themselves to solo piano interpretations... LOL)

Yay for MegaUpload downloading and the file opening though~. I think this is a sign of recovery for my laptop. =D
Anyhow. I'm asking you, oh knowledgeable Nessa, how does one go about making a pdf file from PrintMusic? D= I can't seem to figure it out - I can only get TIFF images, midi files, and mus >_>.

btw... do you know 20th Century's "Ai ni Ikou"? -- It's a great recommend and it has piano notes which are posted here in v6daisuki's journal: http://v6daisuki.livejournal.com/16937.html#cutid1

Other than that, I'm just looking to jump into this fandom a little more (though with school approaching it's probably not the best idea).
And I just have to comment on this, because I smartly decided to follow up some latent curiosity about V6 two weeks into the school year, and it is wreaking havoc with my sleeping habits (curse all their bajillion TV shows). So... good luck! :D
