His many skills are really awesome, and I feel like one of the reasons he doesn't realize how good he is is that he's not the BEST in the group at any one thing. The thing is, like you said, he's really good at ALL of it, and that's something that almost no one else in the group can claim.
In the end, Sungmin just needs more confidence in himself - I hope he finds it this year. He sure deserves it!
